→Unter der Aachener Nummer 024198090247 (Vorwahl 0241) laufen derzeit automatisierte Werbeanrufe. Eine KI-Stimme namens „Jana“ behauptet, im Auftrag von Google anzurufen, und drängt auf einen Rückruf oder ein „Ja“. Das ist ein unerlaubter Werbeanruf unter falschem Namen – Google ruft so nicht an. Dieselbe Masche läuft mit wechselnden Rufnummern auch als Facebook/Instagram-Variante: Eine KI-Stimme namens „Alina“ gibt sich als „digitale Assistentin von Facebook und Instagram“ aus.

- Ping calls: a single ring to trigger expensive callbacks to premium-rate numbers.
- Automated recorded messages about alleged prizes, parcels or “Europol” cases.
- Repeated advertising calls about energy, insurance or prize draws without consent.
How to protect yourself
- Don't call unknown numbers back – especially from abroad – and block them.
- Don't share any data on the phone and don't confirm anything with “yes”.
- Report unlawful advertising calls to the regulator and add the number here.
