• Do not react under time pressure – legitimate organizations do not pressure you to act immediately.
• If anything seems suspicious, contact the affected organization using its officially known phone number or website – never use the contact details from the suspicious message.
• In cases of fraud, report the incident to the police and inform the Verbraucherzentrale.
